Faculty of Legal Studies, Usha Martin University, in collaboration with the Internal Complaints Committee, organized a successful awareness program titled “Shashakt: A Dialogue on Dignity” on April 28, 2025.

The session featured a powerful Nukkad Natak performed by our students, highlighting the significance of the POSH Act and spreading awareness on workplace safety and dignity.

The event was graced by Dr. Smita Pandey, Associate Professor, Faculty of Legal Studies, Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi, who delivered an insightful lecture on the POSH Act, enriching the audience with her expertise.

The Moot Court Committee of Usha Martin University successfully organized a workshop on “The Art of Mooting” on 28th April 2025, focused on advocacy, legal research, and courtroom etiquette.

We were honored to host Adv. NAQUEE AKHTAR, who shared his valuable insights on memorial drafting, oral argumentation, and legal research techniques. His engaging session inspired budding law students to sharpen their mooting skills and prepare for national-level competitions.

A quiz was also conducted to encourage interactive learning, making the session both informative and enjoyable.
