The Department of Training & Placement, Usha Martin University, organized a three-day consecutive industrial visit for the final year BCA course students to Brightcode Software Services Pvt. Ltd. (Codezeal), from 29th April to 1st May 2025. The purpose of this visit was to expose students to the practical aspects of software development, corporate functioning, and industry expectations. It served as a perfect platform for students to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application.

Each day of the visit commenced with a warm welcome ceremony, where the accompanying institutional representatives were honored with mementos. The inaugural session included a brief presentation introducing the company’s profile, including its ventures, working environment, services, achievements, and market presence. Students were given an overview of Codezeal’s development strategies and its contributions to the IT industry. The day continued with short technical sessions followed by a guided tour of ongoing projects, offering insights into real-time software development and client handling. Students then participated in interactive sessions with developers and team leads, who shared their journey, industry experiences, and current tech trends.

The consecutive three-day industrial visit to Brightcode Software Services Pvt. Ltd. (Codezeal) was a highly enriching experience for the final year BCA students. It not only deepened their understanding of the IT industry but also inspired them to sharpen their skills and prepare for their future careers.
