The Faculty Induction Program for new faculty members at Usha Martin University, conducted in November 2024, culminated in a grand Certificate Distribution Ceremony on 5th December 2024. This program aimed to equip new faculty with essential skills, institutional knowledge, and pedagogical strategies, fostering their integration into the university’s academic environment.

The certificates were distributed by Prof. (Dr.) S.C. Garg and Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra, who applauded the participants for their active engagement and enthusiasm throughout the program. The initiative was meticulously organized under the leadership of Dr. Arvind Hans and coordinated by Mrs. Bidisha Sarkhel, Dr. Neha Kumari, and Ms. Shabana Bano.

A total of 24 participants attended the program, showcasing remarkable commitment. Among them, three participants were recognized as the best performers based on their active participation and outstanding performance. They were honored with special awards as a token of appreciation for their exemplary efforts.
