An event on legal awareness was organised at Usha Martin University by the Legal Aid Centre and in association with A&M Communications under the guidelines and supervision of the electoral department of Jharkhand. Mrs. Munmun, director of A & M communications, carried out an event very lucidly where she explained to the students the ways and methods of easy registration of voter ID cards. Further, explain to the students about the importance and significance of the individual’s voting rights. It was Followed by certain events where students actively participated and showed their enthusiasm in extempore competition on electoral literacy.

Students from various departments participated in the event and contributed towards the success of the event. A large number of students were registered, followed by the session. The event was organised and carried out under the Faculty of Legal Studies. The event was coordinated by Tulika Sinha, assistant professor of the faculty of Legal Studies, along with other department faculty members.
