Usha Martin University continues Martinovation 2026 – Tech Fest Day 3
Usha Martin University, Ranchi, continued Martinovation 2026 – Tech Fest on 7 October 2026 with a vibrant combination of expert learning, technology-focused discussion and student participation. The day featured the STPI Engineer Expert Workshop, Tech Debate: Digital Frontier, and the Push-Up Challenge, offering students opportunities to gain industry exposure, exchange ideas on emerging digital trends and demonstrate their physical strength and competitive spirit. With active participation from students, faculty members and experts, the day’s events reflected the festival’s focus on learning, innovation, communication, fitness and holistic student engagement.
Event 1: STPI Engineer Expert Workshop – Bridging the Gap Between Academics & Industry
The STPI Engineer Expert Workshop on Full Stack Web Development Using AI provided students with practical exposure to modern web development and AI-assisted programming. Led by Gulshan Kumar, Md Awesh, Pankaj Kumar and Priyam Singh, the session covered technologies including Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Git/GitHub, while highlighting the role of AI in coding, debugging and problem-solving. The workshop helped bridge academic learning with industry practices, giving students valuable insights into emerging opportunities in full-stack development and AI-driven technology.
Event 2: Tech Debate – Digital Frontier
The Tech Debate – Digital Frontier provided students with an engaging platform to discuss contemporary technology issues, exchange perspectives and demonstrate critical thinking, logical reasoning and communication skills. The debate witnessed enthusiastic participation, with Shruti and Aparna (English Hons. 1st Year) emerging as the Winner, while Chandan and Avinash (BCA 2nd Year) secured the Second Position. The First Team scored 89 points, while the Second Team scored 85 points. The event successfully encouraged informed discussion and meaningful student participation, adding an intellectually stimulating dimension to Martinovation 2026.
Event 3: Push-Up Challenge – A High-Energy Finale
The third day of Martinovation 2026 concluded with the energetic Push-Up Challenge, which served as the final event of the day. Students competed across three weight categories, showcasing strength, endurance, determination and sportsmanship. In the 51–60 kg category, Ankush, Shubham and Ravi Toppo secured the first, second and third positions respectively. In the 61–70 kg category, Ujjwal Roy, Abhishek and Aditya Raj secured the top three positions, while Farhan Mushtaque, Tasir Mallick and Shahid Aziz emerged as the winners in the 72–80 kg category. The challenge brought the day’s celebrations to an energetic close and highlighted the spirit of fitness, healthy competition and student participation at Martinovation 2026.
