Usha Martin University, Ranchi organized an insightful awareness session on “Job Opportunities for Nursing Students in Germany” for the students of the Nursing Department. The session was aimed at guiding aspiring nursing professionals about global career prospects and pathways to work in Germany’s healthcare sector.
The speaker for the session was Mr. Jan Ebben, Director of People2Help, an international organization known for facilitating overseas employment and training programs in the healthcare domain. Mr. Ebben shared valuable information on nursing demand in Germany, eligibility criteria, language requirements, cultural adaptation, salary structure, visa procedures, and long-term career growth abroad. During his address, Mr. Ebben highlighted the strong need for qualified nurses in Germany and encouraged students to consider international opportunities that offer professional advancement and global exposure.
