Ranchi, March 20, 2025: Usha Martin University’s Career Counselling Cell organized an illuminating seminar, “Career Compass: Guiding Futures in Media, English, and Law,” drawing enthusiastic participation from undergraduates across three disciplines.

Award-winning investigative journalist Ushinor Majumdar, renowned for his work with Outlook, Tehelka, and Hindustan Times, headlined the event. Students were captivated by his professional journey, spanning bestselling books, BBC World Service contributions, and Netflix collaborations — offering an eye-opening glimpse into the dynamic world of media and storytelling.

Dr. B.N. Sinha, Dean of Academics, delivered a thought-provoking vote of thanks, encouraging students to engage in self-introspection and discover their true potential.
