Ranchi, February 12, 2025 – Usha Martin University, in collaboration with YOU EVOLVE and Rijuvalis Technology, organized an insightful seminar on Mental Health and Well-being, aimed at raising awareness about mental health and providing practical tools and strategies to improve overall well-being. The seminar took place on the university campus, offering a platform for students, faculty, and professionals to engage in meaningful discussions on mental health in both personal and professional environments.
The session was led by distinguished experts in the field of mental health: ShubhanitKesri, CEO and Founder of YOU EVOLVE, and Aditi Bhasin, Counselor and Psychologist, as well as Founder of Healing Taps with Aditi.
