The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Usha Martin University, successfully organised the Prize Distribution Ceremony of the Inter/Intra-Institutional Start-Up Competition & Best Start-Up Award – 2026 on 31 August 2026. The ceremony was graced by Hon’ble Brig. (Dr.) Sumar Vir Singh, Officiating Vice Chancellor, Dr. Shiv Pratap Verma, Registrar, Prof. B.N. Sinha, Dean Academics, along with faculty members and IIC student volunteers. The First Prize was awarded to Piyush Singh, Adyan Raza & Md. Kaif Raza from B.Tech (CSE), while the Second Prize was jointly secured by Abhay Bhaskar & Team from Diploma (CSE) and Shriyam & Team from B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture. Certificates were distributed to all participating teams in recognition of their enthusiasm and innovative efforts. The ceremony celebrated student creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging young minds to actively engage with the start-up ecosystem. IIC, UMU congratulates all the winners and participants for their enthusiasm and dedication.
