Ranchi, November 26, 2025 — The Marketing and Admission Team of Usha Martin University organized a highly successful Faculty Development Program (FDP) and student career counselling session at Netarhat Awasia Vidyalaya on November 19, 2025.
Dr. Shimpi Kumari Chaturvedi, from the English Department, conducted a deeply insightful session on “From Knowledge to Wisdom: Reimagining Teaching Practices in the NEP 2020 Era.” Additionally, Mr. Arohi Kumar Mushi, from the Engineering Department, delivered an engaging module on “Classroom Conduct and Etiquettes.” Both students and teachers expressed high satisfaction, praising the academic delivery.
Mr. Santosh Kumar, Principal of Netarhat Awasia Vidyalaya, was profoundly impressed by the event’s success and extended his congratulations. Recognizing the substantial benefit to the school’s teachers, he requested Usha Martin University to organize a detailed FDP focusing on the New Education Policy (NEP) and Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) in the future.
