Usha Martin University, Ranchi celebrated National Science Day on 27th Februray2026 with great enthusiasm and academic spirit. The theme for this year was “Women in Science: Catalysing Viksit Bharat.” The celebration aimed to promote scientific temper, innovation, and research culture among students while highlighting the contribution of women in science and technology. The event featured Poster Presentation and Model Exhibition, where students from various departments actively participated and showcased innovative scientific projects.
The programme began with a welcome address by the organizing committee. Faculty members emphasized the importance of scientific thinking in nation-building and encouraged students to pursue research and innovation. The theme of empowering women in science for a developed India was discussed in detail.
