Ranchi, January 10, 2026:
The Centre for Ethics, Usha Martin University, in collaboration with LMAD (Let’s Make a Difference), organized a two-day programme on January 9 and 10, 2026, at the university campus. The programme was held in the presence of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Madhulika Kaushik, Registrar, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dean Academic, Campus Director, and members of the faculty and staff.
The objective of the programme was to encourage self-reflection, ethical values, trust, healthy relationships, and personal development. The sessions focused on understanding and applying core human values such as honesty, unselfishness, love, responsibility, and sustainable living.
The first day included prayer, silent reflection, sessions on values and their practical application, group activities, trust-building exercises, and presentations by participants. The second day featured sessions on deeper introspection, relationships, group discussions, self-reflection, and a pledge on sustainable living.
The programme concluded with a closing ceremony, reinforcing the university’s commitment to ethical education and holistic development. Special thanks were extended to Mr. Viral Mazumdar and the entire LMAD team for their valuable guidance, dedication, and contribution in making the programme meaningful and impactful.
