The (Bachelor in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology) BMRIT Program under the Department of Paramedical Science, Usha Martin University Ranchi Jharkhand celebrated World Radiology Day on 8th November 2025 with great enthusiasm. The theme for this year’s celebration was “Behind the Rays, Beyond the Screen.”

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Tarique Jamil Hasan, Neurosurgeon, RIMS Ranchi, who was the Chief Guest of the function.

All higher authorities including the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Dean (Academic), Campus Director, Head of the Department, along with all faculty members and students, attended the program and made it a grand success.

The celebration highlighted the vital role of radiology professionals in healthcare and encouraged students to explore the innovations and advancements in medical imaging.
