Ranchi, October 11, 2025 — Usha Martin University organized an insightful session titled “Nurturing Future Leadership: Review and Reflection” for its senior academic and administrative leaders. The interactive session was conducted by Dr. Amir Khusru Akhter, Dean (Research), and Dr. Arvind Hans, Dean (Faculty), who shared their perspectives on developing leadership potential within academic institutions.
