Usha Martin University organized a week-long Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Primer on research methodology for research scholars and faculties” from August 20 to August 27. The program aimed to enhance the research skills of participants by focusing on both the theoretical and practical aspects of research.

The FDP was inaugurated by Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Saurabh Chaturvedi, who emphasized the importance of research in academic growth and development. The program was led by Dean Dr. Arvind Hans, with Dr. Md Saifullah Khalid serving as the coordinator. The event featured a series of sessions designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of research methodology, equipping them with the necessary tools to conduct effective and meaningful research.

The week-long program culminated in a certificate distribution ceremony, where the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Madhulika Kaushik, along with Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Saurabh Chaturvedi and Registrar Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra, presented certificates to the participants. The program was well-received, with attendees expressing appreciation for the valuable insights and practical knowledge gained throughout the week.
