In a commendable joint effort between Usha Martin University and the Thalassemia Foundation of Jharkhand, a blood donation camp was meticulously organized on the premises of Usha Martin University. The collaborative endeavour involved the enthusiastic participation and support of various key figures, including the University Registrar, Anil Kumar Mishra, and the esteemed Head of the Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedical Sciences, Dr Akanksha Anand Saxena. Additionally, the coordination and assistance extended by the dedicated team from the Ranchi Blood Bank played a crucial role in ensuring the success of this philanthropic initiative.

The active involvement of academic and non-academic staff and the enthusiastic participation of students underscored the spirit of community and compassion permeating the Usha Martin University campus. The event served as a testament to the collective commitment to positively impacting society and addressing the healthcare needs of individuals affected by thalassemia.
